Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

As our products are handcrafted and delicate, we do not accept general returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. We only process returns for damaged goods.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
